Now is the time to start the rest of your life… and there are so many things to do, so many things to learn, so many experiences to have. Make sure your body will carry you through all of those experiences.
Activity for the Day
Connect with your body today. It does so much for you without getting any thanks. Give yourself a hug, stroke your legs, actually feel your fingers, run your hands over your tummy, clasp your feet. As you do, send some gratitude to each part of your body that you touch. Even the ones you’re still getting used to. Send it through words or intention, for example: ‘I love you, elbow’ or ‘Thank you tummy for keeping me fuelled every day’ or ‘thank you for taking the whole weight of my body through your perfect structure every day, feet’.
